1General: How long does it take for my order to ship?

Unless otherwise noted during the order process, most orders ship within 3 business days, but we ask for up to 5. If you want the status of an order, please contact support.

2General: How long does it take to ship?
Unless otherwise noted by customer service, items usually ship within 3 business days. Once shipped, items arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on location. Lights arrive in 2-4.
3Bags: Will I need air ride?
Our 6" Down and Out bags require air ride if your bike is at stock height. Our 5", 6" and Softail kits do not require air ride. If you ride aggressively. we suggest a 5" kit.
4Bags: Are your bags pre-drilled?
No, our bags are not pre-drilled but some styles have dimples to indicate where you should drill. If you're unsure, contact support.
5Lights: On the 75-Watt Headlight, what is the red wire for?
The red wire is for the daytime running light. You need to connect the red wire to the battery (positive).

Does the red wire need to connect to the battery or will any 12v source work?
There is no need for the red wire to go directly to the battery. Any 12v source will work.
6Lights: What is the additional wire for?
The wire is for a Jeep Wrangler. Some customers use these lights for jeeps so we include the wire.
7Lights: Why is 45-Watt Brighter than 75-Watt?
The wattage doesn't reflect the light capacity (lumens of the light).

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the productive is defective, you can return any product within 7 days and we will cover return shipping costs.

NOTE - you must contact customer service to arrange for return shipping.

If you are simply not interested in the product, but there are no defects, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the product is received and processed (within 3 days of receipt), you will be refunded the entire order minus shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

After 7 days from when you receive the product, you may choose to return the product but you must pay shipping. Once the product is received and processed (within 3 days of receipt), you will be refunded the entire order minus a 25% restocking fee.

When an item is returned, it must be in good condition and unaltered. If the bags were drilled, we will still accept the return but any other changes may be rejected by us.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our lights are covered by a 1 year warranty. If you're lights are having issues, contact help@bagfive.com and send images of your issues. Customer service will be glad to help.
